We are seeking to hire a part-time receptionist/office assistant to join our growing team. Our practice primarily consists of business/real estate transactions and trust/estates work. The right individual will ensure smooth running of the office including answering phones, greeting and seating clients, opening and circulating mail, monitoring levels and ordering supplies, maintaining files, and providing other administrative support, such as printing, scanning, and filing. We are looking for applicants with great organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
